Record infrastructure in a year

In the context of the 121 Giant Project, the Mayor of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Osman Zolan announced that a total of 2,500 kilometers of pipelines including 1,273 kilometers of drinking water, 1,122 kilometers of sewage, and 105 kilometers rainwater will be laid in the city center and districts in a year. Stating that the distance between Denizli and Germany is about 2,500 kilometers, and comparing their work with laying pipelines between Denizli and Germany, Mayor Zolan said that the record investment will be completed in one year.

In the context of the 121 Giant Project in the 2016-2017 Action Plan, the Mayor of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Osman Zolan announced that a total of 2,500 kilometers of drinking water, sewage and rainwater pipelines will be laid all over Denizli. Under the infrastructure work in the city center and the districts, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Water and Sewerage Administration (DESKİ) will build 273 kilometers of drinking water, 1,122 kilometers of sewage, and 105 kilometers rainwater pipelines in all regions required. Stating that infrastructure is the most important demand in Denizli after transportation, Mayor of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Osman Zolan said: ''In one year we will lay 1,273 kilometers of drinking water, 1,122 kilometers of sewage, and 105 kilometers rainwater pipelines. This means a total of 2,500 km. This project is like laying pipelines between Denizli and Germany. We plan to complete this project in one year. With this project, we will solve the problems related to drinking water and sewage of many settlements. ''


We have always signed for permanent work

 

Mayor Zolan said that starting with the 121 Giant Project of the 2016-2017 Action Plan all the other projects will be realized one by one. Stating that infrastructure is a hard job but a permanent one, Mayor Zolan said: ''We have always signed for permanent work since the first day we came to office. For our future, for our children, for our city, and for our country we give great importance to infrastructure. I would like to thank all our citizens who show patience and gives us strength and support in this process. ''
