Metropolitan Conservatory performs in İzmir

Turkish Classical Music Choir of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Conservatory was the guest of the "Music Days in Izmir" event organized by the Dokuz Eylül University.

Turkish Classical Music Choir of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Conservatory took the stage at the "Music Days in Izmir" event organized by the Dokuz Eylül University. Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Gökoğlan, Head of Culture, Tourism and Publicity Department, Hüdaverdi Otaklı, Dokuz Eylül University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Recep Yaparel, Culture and Art Consultant İhsan Çelikdemir, many names from the arts community, invited guests and many İzmir citizens joined the evening held at the Sabancı Cultural Center. Turkish Classical Music Choir of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Conservatory took the stage with a staff of 85 people, vocalists and instrumentalists, directed by the Coordinator Selim Öztaş.

The audience applauded standing the Turkish Classical Music Choir's singer artists Berrin Ünver, Rasim Şohoğlu, Nuray Özdemir, Mustafa Kayahan, Elif Aksoy, and Esma Piber, who participate in the event. Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Gökoğlan admired the Metropolitan Municipality Conservatory, who receive a special invitation to give a concert in Izmir. Stating that Metropolitan Municipality will continue increasingly the importance given to culture and art, Gökoğlan thanked all the artists who took the stage at the event.
