Metropolitan takes care of the injured flamingo
After the injured flamingo brought to Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Street Animals Shelter and Rehabilitation Center received treatment, it was released back to its natural life.
Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Street Animal Shelter and Rehabilitation Center, which carries out the care and treatment of sick, injured, accidental and mistreated street animals, continues to extend a hand of compassion to the wild nature. In this context, the injured flamingo, found in Acıgöl, in the Çardak district of Denizli, was brought to Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Street Animals Shelter and Rehabilitation Center for treatment by the teams of Nature Conservation and National Parks Denizli Branch.
The treatment lasted 2 days
The flamingo brought to the rehabilitation centre last Saturday was examined by the veterinarians of the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality. The vets determined that there were no open wounds, and it could not fly because it exhausted and hungry. After two days of treatment, the flamingo was released into its natural habitat by the teams of National Parks Denizli Branch Directorate.
