Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Osman Zolan visited the Karaçay Neighborhood of Honaz district, where floods were experienced due to excessive rainfall at the beginning of the week. During the visit that took place the previous day, Mayor Zolan was accompanied by the Metropolitan Municipality DESKİ General Manager Niyazi Türlü, Deputy Secretary-General Ali Aydın, DSİ Denizli Branch Manager Kemal Özsoy and their entourage. Mayor Osman Zolan first examined the work of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality and Metropolitan Municipality DESKİ teams working feverishly in areas damaged by floods. Mayor Osman Zolan received information about the work here, met with the citizens and said they would solve the problems as soon as possible.

Noting that after the disaster, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality and all the teams within the Metropolitan Municipality DESKİ came to the region and started working, Mayor Zolan said, ''May Allah protect you from the worst. Our best consolation is that there were no casualties. All our teams continue their work. Hopefully, we will solve the problems soon. Once again, I would like to express my condolences to our all citizens. ''
