Children will enjoy the holiday with the Metropolitan

 

Denizli Metropolitan Municipality has prepared a festival program that will add joy to children's holidays during the semester break. The Metropolitan Municipality Children's Festival, which will start on Thursday, February 2, will be held for 3 days at the Metropolitan Municipality Nihat Zeybekci Congress and Culture Center. “Captain Pengu and Friends” and “Maysa and Bulut” broadcast on TRT Children will meet with children from Denizli. In addition, children's plays “Karagöz and Hacivat”, “Puppet Theater” and “Bremen Town Musicians” will be staged throughout the festival. As part of the Children's Festival, which will open its doors at 10:00 on February 2, 3 and 4, children will have fun with many activities and surprises, from inflatable playgrounds to face painting, from sausage balloon distribution to souvenir photo shoots with mascot characters. At the festival, children will discover their talents with sand painting, puzzles, grass man, mosaic and jewellery design workshops. During the event, cotton candy and popcorn will be served to the children by the Metropolitan Municipality. Children's plays, which will be staged for a total of 10 sessions over three days, will begin at 13.00.

 

There will be special screenings for children in the planetarium

 

During the Children's Festival, the planetarium (planet house) in the Metropolitan Municipality Nihat Zeybekci Congress and Culture Center will be free for children. The screenings of the films “Zula (+4)” and Polaris (+4)” in the planet house will be presented in 12 separate sessions. Students who want to watch the depths of space in the planetarium will be able to obtain free invitations from the Metropolitan Municipality Nihat Zeybekci Congress and Culture Center on the day of the session.

 

A full program for children

 

Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Osman Zolan said that they have prepared a program full of educational and entertaining content so that children can spend their semester holidays efficiently. Mayor Zolan said: “Children are our apple of the eye, our future, our everything. As Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, we wanted our children to prepare for the future and to reveal their inner energies. At the festival, our children will watch examples from the Hacivat-Karagöz and Puppet Theater as well as their favourite cartoon characters and have a great time.
