Continuing to protect the values of the city with the historical buildings restored, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality has started the restoration works of the historical building, which has the characteristics of traditional Turkish houses, which have unique features in the Sarayköy district. The Metropolitan Municipality Sarayköy Culture House, which is thought to have been built at the end of the 19th century in Sarayköy district, will come to life again with restoration works. Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Osman Zolan examined the historical mansion with a rare beauty. Mayor Osman Zolan was accompanied by the Mayor of Sarayköy Ahmet Necati Özbaş, AK Party Sarayköy District President Mustafa Paşalıoğlu, Deputy Secretary General of Metropolitan Municipality Seval Gebeş, council members and their entourage. Mayor Zolan, who chatted with the employees here for a while, received information about the historical house.

Emphasizing that they have contributed to the city culture with many restoration projects in order to bring the historical buildings back to life in Denizli, Mayor Osman Zolan said that they would transform the historical mansion in Sarayköy district into a culture house. Mayor Zolan, who shared the details of the process of acquiring the ownership of the mansion, continued his speech as follows: ''In our Sarayköy, we expropriated this historical building and tried to carry out restoration procedures. We have been able to carry out restoration works through the expropriation of this building. Our restoration project has been clarified with the approval of the Aydın Cultural Heritage Preservation Regional Board. This is a beautiful building with a large garden and historical value. Hopefully, we will bring our historical structure to our Sarayköy. ''
 
''Historical building will come to life again''
 
Pointing out that the restoration work will be completed in December, Mayor Zolan stated that the building will be used as Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Sarayköy Culture House and many cultural events will be held there. President Osman Zolan said that they are very sad because the historical mansion was burned unfortunately during the expropriation case, but that the historical building will come to life again with the restoration project to be made. Stating that they will restore the historical mansion in accordance with its original form, Mayor Zolan said, “We will complete the restoration of our building, whose tender price is around 20 million TL, and hopefully we will deliver it to Sarayköy for the use of our citizens. We protect the history and culture of our city. Good luck and good luck to our Sarayköy and Denizli. ''

The building, which was built as a residence in the Bala District of Sarayköy district, is thought to have been built at the end of the 19th century when Denizli Traditional Turkish Houses are examined. Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Sarayköy Culture House consists of three floors: the ground floor, the upper floor and the cihannüma. After the restoration process of the historical building, which has the characteristics of traditional Turkish Houses, is completed, the building will be brought to the city's memory as it was in the late 19th century and will be put into the service of the citizens as Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Sarayköy Culture House.
