Traditional Turkish Sports Games begin with Metropolitan Municipality.

 

500 equestrians from 25 provinces will participate in the event.

 

Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, which has organized special events within the scope of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Türkiye, will organize the Traditional Turkish Sports Games. 500 equestrian athletes from 25 provinces will participate in the magnificent event to be held on 27-28-29 October at the Traditional Sports Games Complex, which Denizli Metropolitan Municipality brought to Turkish sports. The competitions, which will be organized in cooperation with the Turkish Traditional Equestrian Sports Federation, will also be a part of the Turkish Championship. In addition to the Mounted Javelin competitions, Denizli residents will enjoy the joy of the 100th Anniversary of the Republic with the Mounted Archery, Kökbörü, Archery, and Mounted Acrobatics shows.

Denizli will meet hundreds of years of tradition

 

The competitions will take place at Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Traditional Sports Games Complex on Friday, October 27, between 10.00-17.00, on Saturday, October 28, between 12.00-19.00, and on Sunday, October 29, between 12.00-19.00. The Traditional Turkish Sports Games, in which 500 equestrian athletes from 25 different provinces, especially Uşak, Erzurum, Balıkesir, Ankara, Sivas and Van, will participate, will start with the parade on Thursday, October 26, at 17.00. The parade will start in front of Denizli Governorship and end at 15 Temmuz Delikliçınar Şehitler Square.
