The opening ceremony of a new park and football field completed by Denizli Metropolitan Municipality took place in the Şemikler Neighborhood. The AK Party Denizli Deputy Nilgün Ök, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Osman Zolan and his wife Berrin Zolan, AK Party Denizli Provincial Chairman Yücel Güngör, MHP Denizli Provincial Chairman Mehmet Ali Yılmaz, invitees, and a large number of citizens attended the opening ceremony. During the opening ceremony, MHP Denizli Provincial Chairman Yılmaz wished success for the projects and said that Mayor Zolan strives with the philosophy of "Keep people alive so that the state can live''. AK Party Denizli Provincial Chairman Güngör expressed gratitude to Mayor Zolan for the numerous parks, green areas, and football fields he has brought to the city so far, stating that they cannot keep up with the number of services he has provided.

Emphasizing that since the first day they took office, they have been running to serve every district, neighbourhood, and street, Mayor Zolan said, "When we look back, we can say with pride that Denizli has become a highlighted city. We did this together. You trusted us and supported us. We also strive to give you the desired services, not to betray your trust, and to accomplish the desired services. If you had not granted us the authority, we would not have had the opportunity to provide any of these services. You are the heroes of this endeavour. ''Mayor Zolan talked about the services they have carried out in the city, particularly in infrastructure and superstructure, and said, "We love this city. We have dreams about this city. There is still much work to be done. We have solved many problems, but we know that there are still tasks we need to accomplish. ''

Mayor Zolan continued his speech as follows: ''I do not accomplish these beauties alone. We work hand in hand, providing service to our 4,800 staff. I express my gratitude to every staff member for their support and efforts so far. May Allah grant us the opportunity to continue creating the same beauty in the future. May our park, football field, and play area bring goodness to Şemikler and Denizli. We are one, and we must stand together. Unity brings mercy, while separation brings suffering. I have made efforts to be everyone's mayor. I opened my heart and doors to everyone. We made efforts together, shared sorrows, and celebrated happiness. Today, Denizli has become a happy and peaceful city. ''AK Party Denizli Deputy Nilgün Ök reminded Mayor Zolan's statement and said, ''We have built more than 1800 parks. Real municipal work is about providing services with a sustainable municipal understanding of the future of the city, including its infrastructure and superstructure. After the speech, the opening ribbon of the park and football field was cut with prayers. Following the opening, Mayor Zolan and his entourage inspected the park and football field. Playing with children in the park for a while, swinging the little ones on the swings and having a pleasant time, Mayor Zolan made the kickoff for the football match played on the football field.
