The International Denizli Short Film Festival, organized for the first time by Denizli Metropolitan Municipality from December 2-6 this year, showcased 43 films. Following the festival, esteemed actors and directors visiting the city had the opportunity to explore Denizli's natural and historical treasures. Hosted by the municipality, participants toured the Pamukkale travertines, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Cleopatra Antique Pool. They also visited the ancient city of Laodicea with a guide, learning about its history. The guests admired the Laodicea Church, one of the seven churches mentioned in the Bible, Syria Street, the theatre, and the Sacred Agora, the largest sacred area in Anatolia. In the ancient city of Laodicea, which dates back thousands of years, visitors took plenty of souvenir photos to commemorate their experience.
