The swimming team won 8 gold, 12 silver and 19 bronze medals.

 

The Denizli Metropolitan Belediyespor Swimming Team left its mark on the 11-year-old National Development Project League Final Competitions organized by the Turkish Swimming Federation in Samsun over the weekend. With 710 athletes from 41 provinces and 185 clubs participating, the Denizli Metropolitan Belediyespor Swimming Team won a total of 39 medals: 8 gold, 12 silver, and 19 bronze. Swimming team athlete Mustafa Kağan Söylev achieved remarkable success by placing 13th in Türkiye in the 50-meter backstroke event. Emir Aras Tekdemir ranked 12th in Türkiye in the 100-meter freestyle and 6th in the 200-meter backstroke. Among the athletes of the Denizli Metropolitan Belediyespor Swimming Team, two swimmers surpassed the A4 qualification and earned gold medals, six swimmers passed the A3 qualification and won gold, twelve athletes surpassed the A2 qualification for silver, and 19 swimmers surpassed the A1 qualification, earning bronze medals.
