Denizli youth in the presence of Atatürk on May 19th

 

The delegation laid a wreath at the mausoleum of the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and observed a moment of silence. Deputy Mayor of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality and President of the City Council, Ali Marım, signed the Anıtkabir Memorial Book emphasizing the youth's commitment to the values of the Republic. As part of the Ankara program, the Denizli delegation also visited the Ankara City Council, where they met with Ankara City Council President Halil İbrahim Yılmaz and Deputy Mayor of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Ertan Işık. During the meetings, ideas were exchanged on youth policies of city councils, intercity cooperation, and joint projects.

Commenting on the visits, Deputy Mayor Ali Marım stated that May 19th is a holiday entrusted to the youth, saying: ''We will continue to work for a brighter future, following in the footsteps of Atatürk and staying true to his principles and reforms. ''
