A permanent solution for Güney with a 7 million TL drinking water investment

 

As part of the work carried out by the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality DESKİ teams, the 5,500-meter transmission line between the drinking water reservoir and the mains is being renovated with modern and durable materials. Upon completion of the project, which costs approximately 7 million TL, the drinking water infrastructure in the region will provide reliable service for many years. The commissioning of the new line will significantly reduce water interruptions caused by frequent malfunctions and bursts in existing pipes. Water losses will be prevented, and the transmission process from the reservoir to the mains will be more efficient. This will provide Güney residents with more uninterrupted, healthier, and higher-pressure drinking water.

Denizli Metropolitan Mayor Bülent Nuri Çavuşoğlu stated that they are continuing their infrastructure investments without slowing down to improve the quality of life in every corner of the city. Mayor Çavuşoğlu said, "We have made a significant investment to permanently resolve the drinking water shortage that our citizens have experienced for years in the Güney district. Once the 5.5-kilometer pipeline renovation is complete, the pressure problems in our district will be eliminated, and interruptions due to malfunctions will cease. Our residents will now have healthier and uninterrupted drinking water. May this be beneficial for all our citizens."
