TRY 7.4 Million Project completed
6.8-Kilometre new line now in operation
The Denizli Water and Sewerage Administration General Directorate continues its infrastructure mobilization across the city in Honaz district. Within the scope of the project launched to increase the district’s drinking water capacity and establish a modern system, a new transmission line with a total length of 6,800 meters has been constructed. Using state-of-the-art and long-lasting materials, the works—including pipe laying, connections, and testing along the route extending from the Honaz center to Menteşe and Afşinbey neighborhoods—have been successfully completed.
Pressure issues eliminated, uninterrupted water supply ensured
The TRY 7.4 million investment implemented in Honaz district will meet the region’s drinking water needs smoothly for many years to come. Problems such as low pressure and insufficiency—especially experienced during the summer months due to increased water consumption—have been eliminated with this investment. With the newly commissioned system, the neighborhoods’ water network is now supplied through the new line, ensuring optimal pressure levels. Potential failures and insufficiencies have been prevented, providing a 24/7 uninterrupted water flow. Thanks to modern pipeline infrastructure, the delivery of higher-quality and hygienic drinking water to the local population has been secured.
