Thrilling contests marked the final day.

The Denizli Master Cup +35 Basketball Tournament, organised by Denizli Metropolitan Municipality to promote sports participation across all ages, encourage a healthy lifestyle, and bring master athletes back to the basketball courts, has concluded. Following the final matches, an award ceremony was held where the top-performing teams received their trophies.

Hosted at the Accessible Sports and Life Centre Sports Hall, the tournament brought together 11 teams and 165 athletes, who competed in a spirit of sportsmanship for nearly two months. The event, closely followed by basketball enthusiasts, reached its peak of excitement with the matches played on the final day.

Efendiler crowned champions of the Master Cup.

In the third-place match, TED faced VIP Bulls. TED emerged victorious and finished the tournament in third place.

In the highly anticipated championship game, Denizli Roosters and Efendiler took to the court to compete for the title. Following an intensely contested match, Efendiler secured the victory and became tournament champions, while Denizli Roosters finished as runners-up.

Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Mayor Ali Marım attended the award ceremony held after the final matches. Sharing in the athletes’ excitement, Marım presented trophies and medals to the winning teams and congratulated all players and coaching staff who took part in the tournament.
