Young Denizli Theatre Club opened the curtains
Young Denizli Theatre Club of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality opened the curtains of the new season with the play called "Türkmen Düğünü"(Turkmen Wedding). Young Denizli Theatre Club will stage for the audience two plays every week for free.
Young Denizli Theatre Club of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality said 'hello' to a new season. Young Denizli Theatre Club opened the curtains of the new season with the play called "Türkmen Düğünü"(Turkmen Wedding) staged at the Çatalçeşme Theatre Hall. This play describes the continuing Turkmen tradition about asking girl and wedding. Written by Ali Yürük and directed by Hediye Ugan, the play called "Türkmen Düğünü"(Turkmen Wedding) reminds us the customs and traditions and accompanied by old traditional Turkish songs, describes us a cheerful and enthusiastic Turkmen wedding. The play delighted the audience with an unforgettable evening and the students of Young Denizli Theatre Club gained the acclaim of the audience.
A play about the Anatolian mosaic
Director of the play, Hediye Ugan, ''Türkmen Düğünü(Turkmen Wedding) is a play about the Anatolian mosaic describing our old customs and traditions, the traditional asking girl from family, taking the bride, henna night and the traditional wedding. Young Denizli Theatre Club of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality opened the new season with the play Türkmen Düğünü(Turkmen Wedding). In the new season we will continue to meet the audience with new works, ''she said.
Theatre plays are free
Young Denizli Theatre Club of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality will stage two plays every week of November. The schedule of plays that will be performed free of charge every week on Friday and Sunday at the Çatalçeşme Theatre Hall at 20:00 will be as follows: ''Friday, November 13 - 'Söz Sende', Sunday, November 15 - 'Japon Kuklası', Friday, November 20 - 'Çatlaklar Oteli-1', Sunday, November 22 - 'Türkmen Düğünü', Friday, November 27 - 'Çatlaklar Oteli-1', Sunday, November 29 - 'Japon Kuklası'.
