They turned the mud into art

The artifacts of the ceramic courses' trainees opened by Denizli Metropolitan Municipality are exhibited in the Turan Bahadır Exhibition Hall. The exhibition which includes nearly 100 works can be visited until June 25.
The artifacts of participants to ceramic courses opened by Denizli Metropolitan Municipality were presented to art lovers. The opening of the exhibition held at Turan Bahadır Exhibition Hall was attended by a large audience. Deputy Governor Alp Aslanargun and Director of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Cultural and Social Affairs Department Hüdaverdi Otaklı opened the exhibition of 27 trainees who exhibited their works made for 7 months.
Giving information on the exhibition, the course instructor Aynur Mutlu said that she and the students are very happy to exhibit their works in such a beautiful exhibition. ''For 7 months we have taught the 27 participants in our courses the forming, stoving, painting, glazing and loving the ceramic clay. I've got nothing ready-made. We've put a few drops of water, little mud and our labor. We waited with excitement each piece to come out of the oven. During the course we've realized nearly 100 works. I would like to thank to everyone participating in the opening of the exhibition and especially to the Mayor of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality who offered us this possibility to exhibit our works here. I invite everyone to visit our exhibition which will be opened until Wednesday, June 25.
