The road to the white haven will be decorated with palm trees

Denizli Metropolitan Municipality will decorate the road to the white paradise Pamukkale which welcomes hundred of tourists everyday from all around the world with palm trees. Following the study conducted by the Metropolitan a total of 560 palm trees will be planted on the approximately 9.5 kilometers road.

Launching exemplary projects in Turkey with the landscaping, parks and green space areas of work, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality will achieve a new first with an investment in Pamukkale tourism paradise. Parks and Gardens Department of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality launched the medians arrangements and irrigation project on the road to the white heaven Pamukkale, which is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. 560 palm trees will be planted on the medians of the approximately 9.5 kilometers of road leading from Denizli-Ankara highway to the tourist paradise. For the first time in Turkey on the middle refuge floors will be used simultaneously stone, shrubs and slag material. The work will be done in the area of 35 thousand square meters and will have a special irrigation system that makes saving water at the highest level. 


Pamukkale road will be more beautiful

 

Mayor of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Osman Zolan said that Denizli has a rich tourism potential. Stating that with the white paradise Pamukkale, the 19 antic cities, thermal wealth, health, nature, history and cultural tourism, Denizli is an exemplary city in Turkey, Mayor Zolan, ''We are aware of our values and our investments in tourism sector continue to grow faster in our city, "he said. Stating that renewing the road that brings thousands of tourists from all over the road to visit Pamukkale added a different beauty to the region, Mayor Zolan, ''We started the arrangements work on the road to Pamukkale, which is on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. With this project this touristic road will win more prestige. Tourists coming to Denizli will be welcomed with these beauties on their road to Pamukkale, ''he said.
