Turkish Vision Music Festival Begins

Denizli Governor Yavuz Erkmen, Mayor of Denizli Municipality Nihat Zeybekci and Head of Radio Department of TRT Şenol Göka held a press conference before the festival. Governor Yavuz Erkmen, Mayor Nihat Zeybekci and Head of Radio Department of TRT Şenol Göka gave information to the press about the festival program. Mayor Nihat Zeybekci stated that the festival will realized between 30 th May and 3rd of June with artists participating from 26 different countries. The viewers will also be satisfied by the TRT- music quality for the 5 days of the festival. “After the success of last year’s organization, we are organizing the second this year. Our purpose is to spread the proper use of the Turkish language.
Advertising signs had the obligation to use the Turkish language by decision of Municipality Assembly. Thanks to this festival the Turkish language is spread throughout different countries.
Head of Radio Department of TRT Şenol Göka stated, that from the first organization last year we gained the experience and festival is very important to put together with other countries.
Governor Yavuz Erkmen stated that last year Denizli citizens showed a big interest to this festival and believes that, this year will also show a big interest. “The first Turkish vision festival we realized last year. This year it will be realized between 30 May 30 until 3 June. Various activities will be performaned throughout the day at different locations. We believe that again the citizens of Denizli will show interest to the activity at Ancient Theatre this year.
TO THE FESTIVAL
Festival performances are from 30th May 30 until 3rd June, 100 artists from all around the world will be participating.
The Festival will start with the cortege walk on May 30/2010 at 17.30, on the same evening at 19.00 the opening ceremony will begin in front of Municipality Building and at 20.00 the concert by TRT artists will start.
The Turkish Vision Festival will be performed at the Pamukkale Ancient Theatre on May 31/2010 at 20.00.
“The Voice of 13 Countries” Turkish Vision concert will be held at Ziya Tıkıroğlu Open-Air Theatre on 1 June/2010.
“The Voice of 12 Countries” Turkish Vision concert will be held at Ziya Tıkıroğlu Open-Air Theatre on 2 June/2010.
On 3rd of June the final day of the festival Turkish vision Gala Concert will be performed at İncilipınar Park. All artists will perform songs in the Turkish language at the festival which plays a very important role for the publicity of Denizli.
