Denizli Municipality is the best of the Year

Denizli Municipality was selected the best Strategic Management and Implementation Corporation of the year by Policy Analysis and Strategic Research Association of Training and Management. At the ceremony which was hosted at Rixos Hotel in Ankara Nihat Zeybekci Mayor of Denizli Municipality received the award.
Policy Analysis and Strategic Research Association of Training and Management awarded the best government agencies in preparing a strategic plan. 16 institutions in 9 categories were awarded. Denizli Municipality took honors In 'Provincial Mayoralties' as ‘The Best Strategic Management and Implementation Institution’. Ministry of Labor and Social Security and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs were awarded in Ministries category, Directorate General of Press and Information in Independent Agencies and the Enterprises, Ankara Metropolitan Municipality in Metropolitan Municipalities, Ankara Special Provincial Administration in the Special Provincial Administrations category, Bartın University in University and Educational Institutions, TRT General Directorate in Media Agency, Ankara’s Yenimahalle Municipality in County Municipalities, ASKİ General Directorate of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality in institutions related to Local Governments were awarded. EGO General Directorate received a special award.

Mustafa Murat Chairman of Policy Analysis and Strategic Research Association of Training and Management stated that the purpose of such activities is to contribute to take more healthy view of managers in the future.

Mustafa Kurt professor and doctor of Gazi University and chairman of jury stated that strategic plans are the guiding principle in organizing of future steps for managers.

Mayor Nihat Zeybekci stated that he is proud that Denizli Municipality has received this award. He noted that Denizli Municipality is the public organization ın which its own departments prepares the plans. Municipality is doing everything possible to offer more quality services and to have a structure that uses resources efficiently.
