27th International Amateur Theatre Festival Continues

19 groups (5 international groups) performed in different parts of the city. During the Festival, workshops, meetings and theaters were organized by Cultural and Social Affairs Department of Denizli Municipality. Denizli Municipal City Theatre, Theatre Group of Kocaeli University, Karadeniz Dormitory, Uludağ University, Karadeniz Ereğli Art Club, Azerbaijan Lankaran Theatre and Theaters of PEV Private School showed theatrical performances.
The 'Theater Again' (Yeniden Tiyatro) play staged by Denizli City Theatre also was viewed by Osman Zolan Mayor of Denizli Municipality, Şamil Çınar deputy mayor and his wife. The play which was about successful actors who come together after years to stage a theater play, amused viewers for a long time spending a pleasant evening. At the end of the play Osman Zolan came on stage, individually congratulated actors for their performance and presented flowers. Our goal is to succeed Denizli in all areas. The International Amateur Theater Festival shows the success in the cultural area of Denizli.
