Spring Sports Festival Begins
Denizli, who was selected as the healthiest city in Turkey is breaking a new ground.
Denizli Municipality in collaboration with 'Turkey for All' Sports Federation and Disabled Assembly of Denizli Municipality is organizing Spring Sports Festival, which will be held at Adalet Park on 4-5-6 May.
Disabled, women, youth, children and elderly citizens will be able to participate in Festival.
Mayor Zolan: 'We are waiting all citizens, who want to do sports. We will play together our traditional games. Our goal is to organize entertaining social activity. Denizli Municipality created city for persons with disabilities, where they can do sports and to live in comfort.'
Sports activities will be as follows: football, street basketball, sitting volleyball, goalball, tug- of-war, and athletics, running and walking race, bike tour, handkerchief puss game, dodgeball and blind man's buff.
