Denizli's 4th Aegean Minstrels Feast Begins

The 4th Denizli Aegean Minstrels Feast organized to spread the essence of Minstrels Songs' tradition in Turkey's culture and history and the development of our region, will begin on April 29 and will last 2 days.
Providing information about the 4th Denizli Aegean Minstrels Feast which will bring together 26 minstrels from Turkish World and Turkey's different regions, Director of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Cultural and Social Affairs Department Hüdaverdi Otaklı, ''The 4th Denizli Aegean Minstrels Feast held between April 29 to 30 will bring this year as every year a great enthusiasm. Minstrels tradition is one of the cornerstones of our culture. Folk art, literature, and folklore, ones of the most basic dynamics of minstrelsy are extremely important in terms of living tradition. Lute, Saz and Bağlama's strings reflects the essence of the Turkish. Is very important to transfer this tradition to our future generations for the persistence of our national culture. 26 minstrels from different parts of the country and the Turkish world will participate to he 4th International Aegean Denizli Minstrels Feast.
The 4th Denizli Aegean Minstrels Feast will begin on Tuesday, April 29, Time: 20:30 at Çatalçeşme Theatre Hall and will continue on Wednesday, April 30, Time: 20:30 at Çatalçeşme Theatre Hall. All the people are invited to our free event, ''he said.
