The enthusiasm of Denizli in the sister city
Denizli Metropolitan Municipality in collaboration with Bursa Association of Denizli people (BUDENDER) held for the first time in Bursa "BUDENDER Culture Festival". At the night organized by the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality the Conservatory artists took the stage and the most beautiful Denizli folk songs were sung in the sister city Bursa.
Denizli Metropolitan Municipality in collaboration with Bursa Association of Denizli people (BUDENDER) established to contribute to the solidarity of Denizli people living in Bursa, held for the first time the "BUDENDER Culture Festival". Deputy Mayor of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Muhsin Özlükurt, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Gökoğlan, Head of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Department of Cultural and Social Affairs Hüdaverdi Otaklı and many Denizli people living in Bursa attended the program held at Bursa Tayyare Cultural Center and presented by the State Artist Nalan Höke. Remembering that Bursa is sister city with Denizli since 1986, BUDENDER President Veli Öztürk, ''We know the importance of civil society organizations today. Therefore, we continue our association's activities in order to ensure unity, unity, solidarity and cooperation with our fellow citizens in Bursa. Our Association's activities will continue with your support and participation, "he said.
"Our hearts side by side"
Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Deputy Secretary General Mustafa Gökoğlan thanked the Mayor of Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Recep Altepe for his support. Gökoğlan, "We are sister cities. The aim here is to bring our hearts side by side, to beat together. With the support of our Mayor Osman Zolan we come here together with our team. We brought our hearts side by side, ''he said. Recommending to all Denizli people living in Bursa to not forget Denizli, Gökoğlan wished everyone to enjoy the first cultural festival organized. After the speeches, the artist of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Conservatory Yeşim Dağlı took the stage. Yeşim Dağlı added color to the night and delighted the audience with the beautiful folk songs specific to Denizli.
Denizli from Past to Present Exhibition
The show provided by the Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Folk Dance group lived the audience wonderful moments during the night. On the other hand, BUDENDER held the opening of the ''Denizli from Past to Present Photograph Exhibition''. In the exhibition took part many photos describing the history of Denizli.
