In this context, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality DESKİ General Directorate Drinking Water and Sewerage Department determined a lack of water in the Yeşilyuva Neighbourhood due to the seasonal drought, which decreased the flow of drinking water resources. In the drilling work started a while ago, Metropolitan DESKİ teams, working day and night in Yeşilyuva Neighbourhood, reached a new drinking water source with a flow rate of 40 litres per second. Within the scope of the works, the drilling was put into operation by installing an electric transformer, six electricity poles, a 300-meter electric transmission line, a submersible pump, and 1,500 meters of drinking water transmission line in the region.
